"the only reason for a four-star review as opposed to five, is cosmetic. there is an eighth inch part of the stick just before the nylon tip, where the green paint does not cover the wood and it is quite noticeable and it looks really stupid"

Jack DeJohnette drum sticks

"I really liked the feel of the sticks. I purchased two pairs hoping one would be to my liking, which was the case. Both pairs are evenly matched and straight, but one pair was lighter than the other and lighter than I prefer. Usually I purchase sticks in three's, hoping two of the three will suit my tastes. Vic Firth makes quality products."
